Membership Meeting

All PBYC members are invited (and encouraged) to attend our first triennial General Membership Meeting of 2025.

The meeting will be held in Hoffman Hall.

Before attending, please review the meeting minutes from our August 25, 2024 meeting. These will be presented for approval on the 19th. The minutes can be found under the Members Only area.

Following the meeting is a Soup & Stew Social Event and cash bar. Please use this RSVP form if you are planning on staying/attending the Soup & Stew Social Event.
